We’re incredibly proud of our engineering team at Volare, all of whom bring experience from different fields of aviation engineering to offer unrivalled expertise in mechanics and aircraft design in the region. With over 28,000 square feet of workshop space at our home in the Oxfordshire countryside, we can take on everything from simple ongoing maintenance through to heavy maintenance, including engine, airframe and avionics care, through to full refurbishments.
Safety
Safety is our number one priority at Volare, ensuring you and your travel companions peace of mind every time you fly on your aircraft. You can rely on our team of engineers to work on your aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and authority approvals.
Expertise
Building on a well-established heritage and large aircraft engineering expertise, our team of over 40 engineers have an unrivalled amount of years of experience in aircraft mechanics and maintenance. We’re also committed to investing in the future, with a fully accredited engineering school on-site.
Maintenance Management
You can be assured that your aircraft will remain in service, with little down-time, with our ongoing maintenance management and Continuing Mirworthiness Management. We’ll take care of maintenance planning and oversight, any overhaul and repair work necessary to maintain the Aircraft in an airworthy condition, as well as arranging for all necessary maintenance records and related log books and manuals to be kept in accordance with the requirements of the state of registry of the Aircraft.
Refurbishment
We offer full aircraft refurbishment services, including structural modifications to increase aircraft capabilities and updates for compliance with regulatory changes. And when it comes to design, our in-house team can achieve incredible results with everything from full re-fits to minor aesthetic adjustments, tailoring the aircraft to your exact tastes.
