Compliance and Safety Officer
In this role you will be part of the AOC Compliance and Safety Team covering Operations and Airworthiness. We are looking to fillthis role with someone who is as enthusiastic about Compliance and Safety principles as we are, who takes pride in their eye for detail and who can handle data and trend analysis to aid our management systems. We work with 2-REG, UK CAA, BCAA,therefore this position presents a unique opportunity to cultivate expertise in auditing and safety investigation from various regulatory backgrounds.
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 Hours / week.

Aircraft Interior Modification Planner
Job Title: Aircraft Interior Modification Planner / Project Coordinator & Progress Chaser – Challenger / Global / Boeing BBJ
Location: London Oxford Airport, United Kingdom
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Aircraft Interior Modification Planner/ Project Coordinator and Progress Chaser to join our team based in Oxford, supporting the execution of bespoke cabin refurbishment and modification programs on the Bombardier Challenger 600 series and other types including Global series & Boeing BBJ.
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role combining project planning, coordination, progress tracking, and interdepartmental liaison to ensure modification projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards expected in the business aviation sector.

Operations Controllers
We are looking for Operations Controllers for our busy Operations Department at London Oxford airport. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will spend your days overseeing daily operations and maintaining operational control over our fixed-wing and helicopter fleets. Day to day tasks are very diverse: one day you could be speaking to a farmer in Oxfordshire to see if we can land a helicopter in one of his fields; the next day you could be arranging long-term parking permission for a Challenger 604 in Melbourne.
Essential requirements:

- Flexibility to work early, late & weekend shifts as required
- Computer literate
- Ability to provide work and/or education details for the past 5 years, to enable issue of an airside access pass
- Methodical, with good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside marketing manager to plan and strategize content across website, social media, blogs and email.
- Create visuals and copy for this content to post across channels.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies and communicate these to the marketing manager.
- Creating templates and documents using Microsoft or adobe suite.
- Curate and create graphics for communications and marketing materials using adobe suite and Canva.
- Editing video and images using adobe suite or other relevant apps and software.
- Writing copy for social media channels, adverts and website.
- Create project decks and plans to communicate to team members.
- Analyse campaign results and create reports to communicate the information.
- Assist the marketing department at events and activations when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and product content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
- Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, training and other events.
- Collaborate with external partners, PR teams, and distributors to amplify brand messaging.

VIP Cabin Service Representative (Flight Attendant)
We are seeking a well-presented, personable, and proactive individual to join our growing team at London Oxford Airport as a Cabin Service Representative. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic operational environment.
The role includes both onboard and office based resposibilities.
- Ordering and Preparing catering in advance
- Preparing and producing high quality food for passengers based on their preferences
- Working alongside the Operations Department to maintain a high level of service with respect to aircraft snags and serviceability
- Liaising with UHNW owners and representatives
Coordinating pre/post-flight arrangements, such as stocking/de-stocking
