Operating and traveling on your aircraft need-not be a stressful experience, as Volare will assume all responsibility for all aspects of managing the aircraft. Our goal is to reduce your headaches and ensure legal, financial and personal well-being, securing the value and enjoyment of your asset throughout its life. Our menu-based service ensures your aircraft is always crewed, maintained and ready to fly. You will be appointed with a dedicated Aircraft Manager, who is available round-the-clock to support your travel needs.
Regulatory, Technical & Financial
We’re experts on overseeing complex regulatory and technical arrangements for your aircraft, including authority liaison, continuing airworthiness management and safety. We’re also 2-REG and EU compliant, which means ownership can be direct, or through a Guernsey based company with no requirements to publish accounts. We can advise on ownership structures to suit your corporate image, finances and geographical location. 2-REG also provides certainty with Brexit and provides an excellent choice of registrations, for example you can purchase 2-FAST, 2-RACE, 2-GOOD.
Aircraft Operations
We ensure that travelling on your aircraft is a seamless experience, as we handle all trip-related requests and questions. We liaise with you to coordinate all your flights in cooperation with our round-the-clock operations team, taking care of every aspect of trip planning, including crew coordination, hangarage, parking, fuel, onboard catering and everything needed to satisfy all your individual requirements.
Pilots
We offer aircraft owners one of the largest pools of pilots in the industry, ensuring round-the-clock availability. Our flight crews ensure you receive unrivaled service, safety and efficiency onboard, with pilots being trained to the highest standards and completing regular line checks to ensure currency and retention of skills.
Flight Attendants
You will have access to a handpicked group of cabin hostesses who can be available on your flights to enhance the travel experience. Our flight attendants are trained to the highest level of service by the finest in hospitality, offering you and your passengers a personlised experience, with attention to detail at the forefront.
Maintenance & Engineering
From our fully-accredited, 28,000 square foot engineering facility at our home at Oxford Airport, you can have peace of mind knowing your aircraft is in the best of hands.
