Based at Oxford Airport, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating both fixed wing and rotary aircraft movements and ensuring our high standards are met for every flight.

Requirements:

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check

Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside marketing manager to plan and strategize content across website, social media, blogs and email.
• Create visuals and copy for this content to post across channels.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies and communicate these to the marketing manager.
• Creating templates and documents using Microsoft or adobe suite.
• Curate and create graphics for communications and marketing materials using adobe suite and Canva.
• Editing video and images using adobe suite or other relevant apps and software.
• Writing copy for social media channels, adverts and website.
• Create project decks and plans to communicate to team members.
• Analyse campaign results and create reports to communicate the information.
• Assist the marketing department at events and activations when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and product content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
• Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, training and other events.
• Collaborate with external partners, PR teams, and distributors to amplify brand messaging.

VIP Cabin Service Representative (Flight Attendant)

We are seeking a well-presented, personable, and proactive individual to join our growing team at London Oxford Airport as a Cabin Service Representative. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic operational environment.

The role includes both onboard and office based resposibilities.

• Ordering and Preparing catering in advance
• Preparing and producing high quality food for passengers based on their preferences
• Working alongside the Operations Department to maintain a high level of service with respect to aircraft snags and serviceability
• Liaising with UHNW owners and representatives

Coordinating pre/post-flight arrangements, such as stocking/de-stocking
