Materials and Supply Chain Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, stock control and logistics of aircraft parts, materials and tooling across our fleets.

The role will lead the Purchasing and Stores teams, manage supplier relationships and AOG requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across inventory, supply chain efficiency, cost control and material availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing, purchasing and stock control of all aircraft parts, rotables, consumables and tooling for all fleets.
  • Develop and maintain optimal stock levels to support both planned and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure traceability, certification and regulatory compliance of all aircraft materials in accordance with UK CAA, EASA, 2-REG and applicable international requirements.
  • Implement strategies to reduce AOG response time and optimise supply chain efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships with OEMs, MROs, distributors and repair vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements and pricing structures to achieve best value.
  • Monitor vendor performance, turnaround times and quality standards, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Act as focal point with OEM support teams for material supply matters.
  • Oversee material logistics including import/export, customs clearance, and global shipping.
  • Coordinate critical AOG support, ensuring minimal operational disruption.

    About You

    • Minimum 5 years in the private aviation sector.
    • Proven experience in a managerial role.
    • Fixed wing and rotary experience in parts procurement (would be advantageous).

    The Senior CAMO Engineer is responsible for the continuing airworthiness management of a fleet of VVIP business jets in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and company procedures.     About You

    • Degree or diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or related discipline preferred. 
    • Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (or equivalent) desirable but not mandatory. 
    • Formal training in Continuing Airworthiness Management or CAMO processes. 
    • Regulatory training (EASA/CAA) Training to at least Gen Fam level on Business Jet Type(s) 
    • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning, technical services, or CAMO functions. 
    • At least 3 years supporting business jets or complex aircraft. 
    • Experience with VVIP aircraft operations highly desirable.

    EC155 B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer

    Location: Oxford, United Kingdom

    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with type rating on the Airbus Helicopters EC155 to join our growing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our rotary-wing fleet in accordance with UK CAA and EASA regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of EC155 helicopters in line with approved maintenance data
    • Certify work within the scope of B1.3 licence privileges
    • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including defect diagnosis and rectification
    • Ensure compliance with UK CAA Part-145 / Part-CAMO requirements
    • Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
    • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • UK CAA Part-66 B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
    • Valid EC155 type rating (essential)
    • Proven experience working on Airbus Helicopters products, ideally EC155
