An aviation lover, Dustin Dryden, has been disrupting the business aviation industry for most of his career. After working as a demo pilot, Dustin Dryden gained experience selling Cessna and Schweizer Helicopters. He then owned a Cirrus and Hawker dealership, in the UK and Channel Islands growing a successful sales and leasing business across all makes and models.

As his next venture, he launched Hangar8 PLC in 2008, the first and largest ever publicly listed, London Stock Exchange, Private Jet operator with headquarters in the UK and fleet bases throughout the world. He exited Hangar8 Plc in 2015 at a market cap of over $200 million.

In 2013 came Volare Aviation, Dustin’s aircraft sales, refurbishment and management business. Volare prides itself as being one of the only global aviation businesses able to buy any Business Jet or Helicopter into stock within 7 days of valuation. Volare has FAA and EASA approved maintenance facility along with many other international approvals, for every aircraft manufacturer, an engineer training college, as well as a world-wide AOC and managed fleet of Bombardier, Falcon and Hawker aircraft.
